Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) oversee clinical trials, monitor data quality, ensure regulatory compliance and liaise between sponsors, investigators and regulators in India. Typical entry routes are life-science or pharmacy undergraduate degrees, MBBS or B.Tech (biotech), followed by specialised certificates or MSc/PG courses and on-the-job training with CROs or pharma.
